A New Chapter for Woodard Orthodontics
Dr. Christina Lilli and Dr. Monica Woodard began working together in 2022. It was chance that allowed them to meet, but it was a mutual belief in the transformative power of family-focused orthodontic care that allowed them to build a strong partnership rooted in trust and other shared values.
Since that chance meeting, both doctors have continued the legacy Dr. Thomas Woodard started in 1997 with Woodard Orthodontics. Dr. Monica Woodard recently passed the torch to Dr. Lilli, who is now in charge of the day-to-day operations of our amazing practice. Just like she has from day one, Dr. Lilli will continue to ensure patients receive the personalized, high-quality care they know and love.

Dr. Christina Lilli
Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Millersville University, she was awarded the US Navy Health Professions Scholarship. She obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine, and has served the United States Navy for the past 13 years. She obtained her Masters in Oral Biology and Orthodontic Certificate from the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program.
Dr. Monica Woodard
Before settling in Virginia, Dr. Monica Woodard lived in numerous cities across the country and overseas with her military family. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Virginia. She then earned her dental degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry, graduating with honors. Her orthodontic training was completed at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Orthodontic Certificate and Master of Dental Science Degree.
Dr. Monica Woodard is a board-certified orthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Board certification is a voluntary credential demonstrating Dr. Woodard’s commitment to clinical excellence. She is also a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.
